Impact Continuity Platform
EthicFab is a platform — not a broker — for Impact Continuity in SME generational succession. It trains searchers and fractional managers (part-time executives), connects them with family businesses going through generational transition and with impact-oriented capital, helping preserve jobs, skills and value across the Mediterranean.
EthicFab was created to address a structural weak point in the European economy: the continuity of family-owned SMEs. On one side, it supports outgoing owners in planning their succession and finding qualified professionals and managers; on the other, it trains and accelerates a new generation of entrepreneurs (searchers) with mentorship and access to dedicated capital. The model draws on the tools of search funds and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), reinventing them with an explicit social and territorial impact mandate, with a focus on Southern Europe.
Generational succession is one of the structural weak points of the European economy. Behind every healthy company that closes for lack of a successor, jobs and value are lost — and local areas lose appeal and people.

EthicFab draws on the international model of search funds and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition — a structured path in which selected entrepreneur-managers acquire and lead mature, solid businesses — adapting it for the first time with a social and territorial impact mission in the Mediterranean. The platform connects three protagonists:
Succession advisory and search for qualified buyers for a responsible exit.
Training, mentorship and support to acquire or lead the business, part-time too.
Matching with impact-oriented capital and results monitoring.
The primary target is family SMEs with (current or prospective) revenue between €5M and €15M and EBITDA between €1M and €3M: the core of Sicily's and the Mediterranean's productive fabric, often solid but without a succession plan.
